The HIV epidemic in Luxembourg (situation end 2005)

The HIV epidemic in Luxembourg (situation end 2005) Why do we need an epidemiological HIV surveillance in Luxembourg?

Incidence : I= number of new cases per year
Prevalence : P= number of people living with HIV/AIDS at a certain moment
